In some instances event promoters may collect fees such as, but not limited to, tickets, processing fees, parking etc. Contact the event promoter with questions regarding possible fees.
Yes.
All sales, marketing, campaigning and fundraising must happen from an officially contracted booth or event space. The handing out of flyers, promotional, campaign or other marketing materials: the placement of signs: conducting business of any kind or soliciting for sales or donations on the Canadian County Expo & Event Center property, including parking lots, and easements, with out a contract is strictly prohibited.
Public parking is allowed in the south gravel, grass and paved parking lot if you are attending an event hosted at the Canadian County Expo & Event Center. In Some instances, parking maybe available on the northwest, northeast and north areas of the facility when allowed by hosting events.

First aid supplies such as band aids are located in the front office and concessions at request.
Valid Concealed Carry permits are required if carrying a concealed firearm. Open carry is not permitted. The Canadian County Expo & Event Center reserves the right to deny admission or ask any person on-site to leave without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Expo & Event Center rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure the order, security and safety, or if we consider that the circumstances require.
No outside alcohol is permitted onsite. The Canadian County Expo & Event Center reserves the right to deny admission or ask any person on-site to leave without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Expo & Event Center rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure the order, security and safety, or if we consider that the circumstances require.
Canadian County law prohibits the sale of alcohol on Sundays before 2 pm.
Yes, 250 (5x5ft) pens are available.
20amp circuit via a quad box extension cable is available per pen unless otherwise arranged.
All shavings should be placed in roll-offs provided around the facility or in a designated area if roll-offs are not available.
Wood pellets are NEVER allowed in stalling areas only shavings. Unless otherwise arranged with the Facility Director.
The Free Fair & Jr. Livestock shows are hosted & managed by the Canadian County Free Fair Board. These events are only housed at the Canadian County Expo & Event Center. All questions related to the “event portion” of the Canadian County Free Fair or Jr. Livestock Show should be presented to the Canadian County Free Fair Board. Questions related to the facility, not in connection to the Free Fair or Jr. Livestock Show, should be directed to the Canadian County Expo & Event Center.
We do not allow any bicycles, e-bikes, electric scooters, electric skateboards, shared bicycles, and electric pedal assisted (pedelec) bicycles, or skates to be used inside or or outside of our facility.
